Our filled cookies come in all literally all shapes and sizes imaginable, but they all have some kind of moist filling such as fruit preserves, nuts, cream or maybe even a chocolate kiss. The variety is truly endless, but they all have one thing in common…a very pleasant surprise when you bite into one. We have filled cookie recipes for tassies, rugelach, kolaches and linzer cookies as well as a ton of bar cookies that all have some kind of filling.
