Bite-sized no-bake morsels that taste like old fashioned date nut bread or fruit cake
No-Bake Cookies
No-Bake cookies don’t need to go in the oven. Most of them require that you melt certain ingredients over the stove or in the microwave. Then dry ingredients are stirred in and the cookie is shaped and allowed to cool. One of the great things about No-Bake cookies is that most of the time they can be whipped up quickly with a minimum of equipment. No oven necessary: a favorite of dorm rooms and campers, and appreciated on a hot summer day (no, like all of our recipes, they are not just for Christmas!).
