An easy NO-BAKE cookie featuring cherries, oats, nuts and coconut.
Ingredients
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup maraschino cherries (chopped and drained)
3/4 cup flaked sweetened coconut
2 cups quick cooking oats
Nuts ground fine to roll balls in
Directions
- Beat sugar, butter, vanilla, cherries and coconut. Mix in rolled oats. Refrigerate for 3 hours. Shape the mixture into 1″ balls, then roll the balls in the chopped nuts. Store airtight in the refrigerator.
