A no-bake Rice Krispie-type bar chock full of good stuff like raisins, peanuts and rolled oats.
Ingredients
1 c. peanut butter
2 cups raisins
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1-1/2 cup chopped peanuts
1 cup light corn syrup
5 cup toasted Rice Krispies
2 teaspoons vanilla
4 cups rolled oats
Directions
- Place peanut butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup in a large saucepan. Over medium-low heat, melt together until smooth. Stir in vanilla, raisins, peanuts, cereal, and oats. Mix well. Press into greased 13X9″ baking dish. Allow to cool. Cut into bars. Wrap in foil.
