1/3 cup instant coffee granules
1 cup nonfat dry milk powder
2/3 cup non-dairy powdered coffee creamer
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Grind coffee granules in a coffee grinder or food processor until it breaks down into a fine powder. Stir together with remaining ingredients. For giving as a gift, spoon into three 8-ounce jelly jars and seal. Attach the following instructions to the jar:
Mocha Coffee. Add 1/4 cup mix to 3/4 cup boiling water and stir until dissolved.
