Now that I've tried it and see how rich it is, will it still be good if I freeze the leftovers?

I have a friend who loves this candy and have been searching for a recipe to make some for him. One question. Will it still be good if you freeze it to save for a another day?

Great recipe. My grandmother always made this candy every year at Christmas. She would say "just take a little potato and mash it up and add powdered sugar, roll it out, and spread with peanut butter." At 44 I finally tried this and it is just as great as hers always was! Thanks!

I grew up on this candy. My grandmother would make them all the time. She would also make little balls and at christman time would add food coloring to the dough. wish I knew where this candy was original from. My mother used to make this and now I make it, hoping my kids will pass it on. Love it, it's just not christmas with out it.
