A no-bake pie with with a cream cheese and peanut butter filling in an Oreo cookie crust.
Ingredients
- For the Filling:
1 cup peanut butter
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons vanilla
8 ounces Cool Whip, thawed
- Shell and garnish:
1 Oreo cookie pie shell*
Cool Whip, for garnish
Oreo Cookies or nuts, for garnsh
Directions
- With a rubber spatula, gently fold together all filling ingredients until well blended. Pour into pie shell and chill for at least 2 hours. Garnish with extra Cool Whip and Oreo cookies or nuts before serving.
Notes

4 tablespoons butter, melted
In a food processor, process the cookies until they are fine crumbs. Stir in melted butter, mix well. Press mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan.
