A sweet, creamy coffee recipe with mocha ice cream, Amaretto and toffee chips. This can be served hot or cold, depending on the season and your inclinations!
Ingredients
2 cups mocha ice cream
3 cups coffee (hot or cold, you decide!)
1/2 cup butterscotch or caramel topping
8 teaspoons almond liqueur such as Amaretto, or 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
whipped cream or topping such as Cool Whip
4 tablespoons toffee chips or chopped toffee candy bar
4 large coffee mugs
Directions
- Spoon 1/2 cup of ice cream into each coffee mug. Pour 3/4 cups coffee, 2 tablespoons butterscotch topping and 2 teaspoons almond liqueur (or 1/8 teaspoon extract) over ice cream. Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle of toffee chips.
