With my apologies to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, and Slovenia. If a cookie is indicated as being “Yugoslavian” it is simply because the recipe as written was indicated as such, and I don’t know from which part of the former Yugoslavia the cookie hails. I hope to update and eventualy eliminate this category if I receive enough information to do so.
