Huge chocolate chip cookies on a stick!
Drop Cookies
Drop cookies are named after the way they’re formed on the cookie sheet…by simply dropping it on your baking sheet in a mound. The dough for our drop cookie recipes is soft and generally flattens slightly during baking. Be sure to allow for some spreading of the dough. To prevent cookies from spreading too much during baking, make sure your baking sheet is cool…never drop the next batch of cookies onto a hot baking sheet. It’s also a good idea to line your baking sheet with parchment paper. This prevents sticking while also preventing the dough from spreading too much, as can happen on a greased baking sheet. Enjoy our exhaustive list of drop cookie recipes below!
