Absolutely my favorite chocolate chip cookie, and quickly becoming the favorite of many of my friends who request these every Christmas. The mixture is deceiving prior to baking as it looks too dry, but coming out of the oven they are absolutely great. I guard this recipe covetously. 5 stars

These are AWESOME. I am normally the type of person who only likes soft and chewy chocolate chip cookies. But these cookies have a crispy, but very airy and light texture, and they are wonderful. They are definitely going on my list of the best chocolate chip cookies I've ever tasted. Can't get enough of 'em. 5 stars

I want to thank you for posting the cookie recipe, it was wonderful. I have four kids, that could not keep their hands out of the cookie jar, and a husband who joined them as well. My son found the recipe, and asked me to make them, and now it will be on our top 10 list of cookies to bake all year round.........Thank you again !!!! 5 stars
