Loved your cookies!! My friend and I made them for our Spanish project. They were great when we tried em' in a a test batch. We'll see if they are a hit with all our classmates!

Would make this again.
This is a great recipe that I've been doing for years since my mother gave me the recipe. You can change the cherries for sprinkles, guava paste or any other alternative that you might think of to give a nice twist to the cookies. 5 stars

I made 2 bathces, my first one came out too crunchy..i made them too thin. the second was better since i made them thicker. They wer delicious not too sweet just perfect!!!! 5 stars

Delicious. I actually substituted cinnamon for nutmeg and Anise for almond extract. (Lack of proper ingrediants spurs emergency substitutions.) My wife, born in Colombia, loved em. Thanks for posting. 5 stars
