substituded dry fruit mixture{raisins, cranberries,rasberries,etc...}and added chopped nuts it was great!!! lots of compliments!! 5 stars

Crisco is not Copha at all and I would not recommend using it. Copha is coconut oil and crisco is manufactued fat. Copha is not available in US but is on line at www.simplyoz.com or other aussie sites. Persian shops may sell jars of coconut oil. Great recipe with the copha. never had white choc before and was an added bonus. 5 stars
