Would make this again.
This is a very good recipe. The kringla is nice and light, and sweeter that other recipes I've tried. Be sure to use lots of flour on your hands when shaping the dough. It's fun to make different shapes, but remember to leave room on the cookie sheets for expansion. 5 stars

Would not make this again.
I was not pleased with the way that these cookies turned out. I didn't feel like they were very sweet & I guess that I am used to sweet, moist cookies. These tasted more like buttermilk pancakes. So I added more sugar to the recipie & garnished them with candied fruit and colored sprinkles. They also need to be in an air tight container to remain soft. 2 stars

I love kringla, i remember when i was very small, going to my grandmother's house. She always had a huge tupperware of kringla. I made my mother find the recipe so i could make some again! 5 stars

Kringla is one of the best cookies I think. We always bring them to our family functions and they love them!! It wouldn't be the same without them. I recommend Kringla to anyone who wants to try something new! 5 stars

Would make this again.
My late grandmother was from Norway and we have had Kringlas at all of our holidays. I highly recommend Kringlas! They are a sweet cookie. We add a touch of nutmeg to ours. It wouldn't be Christmas without a big plate of Kringlas. We especially like serving them with a bowl of Rice Cream (rice cooked in milk, cooled and mixed with whipped cream and sugar and a little bit of nutmeg and a pinch of cinnamon.) Wonderful memories of our beloved Grammy. She always had dozens of bags in her freezer ready for company at all times. 5 stars
