Zucchini Wheat Germ Cookies

1 cup packed brown sugar
3/4 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 large egg
2 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup wheat germ
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup shredded zucchini
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease cookie sheet. Mix brown sugar, butter, milk, vanilla and egg in large bowl. Stir in flour,
wheat germ, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg. Fold in zucchini and raisins. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart
onto cookie sheet. Bake 12 - 15 minutes or until light brown. Immediately remove from cookie sheet; cool on a wire rack and frost with Browned Butter Frosting.
