4 cups milk
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa
4 tablespoons semisweet chocolate -- shaved or chopped
Put all ingredients in a heavy-bottomed saucepan. Place pan over a medium flame; bring milk to a simmer, stirring constantly. Do not let the mixture boil. Remove from heat when the chocolate melts.

This is a simple and easy recipe for yummy hot chocolate! To dress it up a bit, we like to add a splash of Bailey's Irish Cream or other liqueur. Grand Marnier and Chambord are also delicious with it. 5 stars
