Rice Krispies Peanut Butter Bars

1 10.5-ounce bag of miniature marshmallows
1/2 stick margarine
6 cups Rice Krispies
2 tablespoons peanut butter

Grease a 9x13 pan and set aside. In large glass mixing bowl, place 1/2 stick of margarine and marshmallows. Microwave for 3 minutes. Stir well, then add peanut butter stirring constantly. Add rice krispies coating well. Pour mixture into greased pan. Let stand for 10 minutes. Cut into squares.

Very tasty but I found there to be too much excess margarine at the bottom of pan. four stars

These are GREAT! Quick and easy! I made them to take to a picnic. Everyone loved them. I had to make another batch because I didn't get any. Try making them with cocoa krispies. They go even faster. five stars

I love this recipe. It was simple easy to make and took about 20 minute out of my day. Another nice thing you can do to add to the wonderful recipe is add some melted chocolate on top to make peanut butter chocolate cripsy yum! five stars
