Would make this again.
We loved them, and they disappeared quick! I must have made the balls larger because I did not yield 48. I ended up making it three times! I had to use pecans in the last batch and my husband said he liked them better so I think any chopped nut would work. I used the disposable alun 8 x 8 pan and it pealed right off and left no messy pan to clean up. They look beautiful, too. 5 stars

They are delicous and everyone loves them. I must have made the balls larger because I didn't end of with 5 doz. I ended up making three batches. They are easy to make and look really pretty on the plate. 5 stars

My wife WILL be making these again. The bourbon is perfect, especially since we used Woodford Reserve. It goes a LONG way towards adding to the flavor, so don't overdo the bourbon.
My office manager BEGGED me to have my wife give her the recipe, and she wouldn't share her snowballs--with ANYONE!
Great recipe!
5 stars
