Delicious, but a little high in carbs.
Substitute water for half and half, and add non dairy lol or no carb dry coffee creamer until it tastes rich enough.

Cookie baker in KS was correct. Half & Half has carbs so be careful. To make this No Carb, try using heavy cream instead. It has zero carbs. :)
