3 cups half and half
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
4 tablespoons Splenda or your favorite sugar substitute (add more or less to taste)
extra cream for whipped topping (optional)
Heat half and half in saucepan over medium heat, add cocoa and Splenda, wisking continuously. Do not allow to come to a boil. Add whipped cream for garnish if desired.

Delicious, but a little high in carbs.
Substitute water for half and half, and add non dairy lol or no carb dry coffee creamer until it tastes rich enough. 4 stars

Cookie baker in KS was correct. Half & Half has carbs so be careful. To make this No Carb, try using heavy cream instead. It has zero carbs. :) 3 stars
