Cookie baker in KS was correct. Half & Half has carbs so be careful. To make this No Carb, try using heavy cream instead. It has zero carbs. :) three stars

A tasty cup of cocoa, but be warned: half and half is not NO carb. Half and half is half cream (no carb) and half milk (lots of carbs). This is lower carb than most cocoa recipes, but certainly not NO carb. three stars

This recipe was a blast to make with my children. I enjoyed the fact that it was low carb and my kids loved how it tasted. I fgured that if you add extra half and half it makes it creamier. Over all every body liked it. Easy to Make and NO CARB five stars
