1 cup butter, softened
1/2 cups Splenda
1-1/2 teaspoons dark molasses
1 egg
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup vanilla whey protein powder
1/2 cup wheat bran
2 tablespoons soy flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla
Preheat oven to 350°F. Beat together butter, Splenda, and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add egg and beat until mixed. stir together almond flour, vanilla whey protein powder, wheat bran, baking soda and salt. mix until blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto baking sheets. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden. Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes on baking sheet.

You can tell the cookies were low carb and it had a after taste left in my mouth. 1 star
