Christmas Peppermint Candy

Great way to use up broken candy canes

1 pound white chocolate, chopped
3/4 cup crushed peppermint candy
1/2 teaspoon peppermint flavoring

In the top of a couble boiler over hot (not boiling) water, melt white chocolate. Stir in crushed candy and peppermint flavoring. Spread on wax paper and cool. When hard, break into pieces.

This would be better if you didnt compleatly crush the candy canes. It looked like barf. Next time I will spread out the white chocolate and then crush the candy canes on top. four stars
