1 pound white chocolate, chopped
3/4 cup crushed peppermint candy
1/2 teaspoon peppermint flavoring
In the top of a couble boiler over hot (not boiling) water, melt white chocolate. Stir in crushed candy and peppermint flavoring. Spread on wax paper and cool. When hard, break into pieces.

This is so yummy and so incredibly easy. We will be making Christmas "candies" a permanent part of our holiday tradition.

This would be better if you didnt compleatly crush the candy canes. It looked like barf. Next time I will spread out the white chocolate and then crush the candy canes on top.
