Send to a friendPre-heat oven to 350 F. Beat together shortening, peanut butter and sugars until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Stir in flour, salt and baking soda; mix well. Stir in brickle, chocolate chips and walnuts. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a non-stick baking mat. Bake 10 minutes; do not overbake.

Would make this again.
These are great cookies, but don't be deceived by their appearance when you take them out. They'll look undercooked, but they finish cooking when they come out of the oven. But very very tasty!
