We made these cookies last year and they were soooo good they didn't make it until christmas. This year we are making them the weekend before, ew are doubling the batch and we are getting better with our technique. Thanx for an original recipe! 5 stars

I have been making these at Christmas every year for the past 10 years and they are always everyone's favorite. I now have to make 2 double batches because they are so popular. 5 stars

This is an easy recipe to make. Although my cookie press did not come with the 'bar' cookie disc, I was able to use one of the other cookie disc to make these wonderful cookies. They remind me of shortbread cookies. They are absolutely delicious. 5 stars

I was looking for a cookie press cookie that had a little something more to it. This was easy to put together and you can't really go wrong with chocolate in it! I will certainly make these again. I also tried a small spoon of jam in place of the chocolate, it didn't work so well. 4 stars

This is the first recipe I tried in my cookie press. It went together very quickly. I found I needed to pull the cookie press rather quickly or it will ripple and ribbon. which gives a nice look but not what is needed for this recipe. I cut them aparat and slightly seperated them before baking. I did not need to seal the edges. The chocolate did not drip out the sides and after baking the edges were suficently sealed.

I only needed 4 chocolate bars, with 15 squares each. This gave me about 60 pillow cookies

It is a very nice cookie (not too sweet) with a surprise chocolate inside. I plan to experment with it and use chocoloate mint candies and even try some jelleys or peanutbutter.

I am sure this is a recipe I will be using over and over agian in the future
5 stars
