very nice cookie, but they are not for everyone. i made these fir the holiday party at work (i work at a health food store), and they were gone in minutes. everyone has beenfor the recipe.
i do recomend skipping the frosting, as it it too sweet and it overpowers the flavor of the cookie.

These cookies were so horrid if I ever had to try them again I would instead gouge out my eyeballs with a ladel then bake them with sourdough and feed them the my kids and neighbors. honestly, I would. DON'T EVER TRY THESE HORRIBLE EXCUSE FOR COOKIES.

I made these, as I was looking for a healthy cookie for my kids. I found them to be bland and too heavy. I will not make these again. My kids did not even finish one cookie!
