Would not make this again.
Ugh..This wasn't very tasty. My kids didn't like it, either. I took it to a picnic and no one touvhed my cookies. Or maybe I did something wrong? Well, I liked it, but nobody other than me liked it. I like the buttercream frostng much better than this one. You can read my review in the buttercream icing.

I was reading the Browned Butter recipes and came accross this one. I am 66 and learned to make frosting from my mother, an exceptional cook. She always browned the butter before putting it in frosting, it adds such a wonderful flavor.

Very nice change to regular icing, the browned butter adds that certain something. I used this for a bundt cake not cookies, and it was a huge hit....will surely make again. Thanks

This frosting has minimal ingredients & turned out a nice cream color & texture. The taste was light & worked very well with the sugar cookies I made it for. Instructions were easy to follow & this recipe is very quick to make!
