1 pound green chocolate coating (or 1 pound white chocolate plus some green food coloring)
1 7-ounce package flaked or shredded coconut
water
multi-colored jelly beans
In the top of a double boiler, melt chocolate over hot water. Add green food coloring if necessary and mix well. Add coconut and mix together well. Add very small amounts of water to coconut mixture until it thickens enough to hold shapes. Form into small nests by making mounds and then hollowing them out with the bowl of a spoon. Fill nests with jelly beans.

Would make this again.
These were great! Everyone at my party LOVED them Not one person didnt ask me for the rescipe. Instead of using jellybeans, I used gummy eggs instead . Also I just used non- colored chocolate it worked the same. Try this recipe its Great! 5 stars

Would make this again.
These were great! They were EXTREMELY quick and easy to make. If you're looking for something fast and easy that has maximum "wow" appeal, this is it. Not only did they taste good, they were also adorable looking. The kids had a great time making this. We made the version that uses white chocolate chips and green food coloring, and instead of jelly beans we used the miniature chocolate Cadbury eggs. 4 stars
