1 1/2 quart water
1/2 cup instant chocolate drink mix (ie. Quick)
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup instant coffee granules
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
1/2 gallon chocolate ice cream
1 cup whipped cream
chocolate curls
In a large sauce pan bring water to a boil. Remove from heat; add drink mix, sugar and coffee; stir until dissolved. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. About 30 minutes before serving, pour into a punch bowl. Add ice cream by scoopfuls; stir until partially melted. Garnish with dollops of whipped cream and chocolate curls.

Would make this again.
I made this to serve at a housewarming, wedding reception and then again at our church at a reception for our new preacher. I made 7 punch bowls at the last reception with only a cup to spare to send home with the preacher!! It's always a big hit and everyone wants the recipe.

I think is a very inviting drink to serve on a cold, snowy day, especially to anyone who can't get enough chocolate! :-)
