I first became aware of Christmas-cookies.com two years ago. Since then, I have frequented the site regularly. The peanut butter pie is one of my favorites. This simple no frills recipe is sure to be a hit! My friends and family absolutely love it. Many who usually don’t indulge in child-like treats find themselves reaching for a second helping….
I like to make an extra pie and substitute with Splenda, and the reduced fat cool whip for the diet conscious. Try it, you’ll love it!

My grandmother used to make this pie for me when I was younger. Another way to make it extra yummy and extra pretty is to drizzle some chocolate syrup on top and use a knife to warp the chocolate lines. delicious!!
