1 cup sifted powdered sugar
2 1/4 cups sifted all-purpose flour
1/2 lb buttor
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup ground or finely chopped nuts (pecans or almonds)
1/2 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 375F. Sift together powdered sugar, flour, and salt. Cream butter in mixing bowl, add vanilla. Mix in dry ingredients; beat till well blended. Stir in the ground nuts. Drop on ungreased cookie sheet, shape or flatten. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.

Good but dough crumbled, I added one egg to mixture, formed balls, rolled in sugar then flattened with glass. Perfect. 5 stars

Would make this again.
These came out pretty good and they were most definitely easy and quick! I added an extra half cup of powdered sugar and imitation butter flavor. I also used granola instead of nuts. Very tasty! 4 stars
