Would make this again.
I was unable to find a 15-1/2-inch by 10- 1/2-inch baking pan so I made them with a regular 9" x 13" baking pan and they came out FINE. At first I was a little disappointed in the cookies as I found they were bland, but allowing them to mellow for a couple days really brought out the almond flavor. These are not something to eat right out of the oven as the delicate almond flavor will be totally lost. Give them a day or two and they really develop a nice flavor. four stars

Absolutely LOVED these!! My kids ate them up within 2 hours. I made them trough out Christmas holidays and for New Year's Eve. BIG HIT! If they're underbaked alittle they're much better than cooked all the way. five stars
