Would make this again.
I made some madeleins today; have not made them for many years. I had an "overflow" problem. How full should I fill the trays? My confections tasted more like cake than a cookie. Think they should be fairly thin and crunchy. Please let me know. 5 stars

Would make this again.
After reading all the other reviews, I made this recipe using a few tablespoons of extra lemon. They were excellent! I LOVE lemon. When I make them again, I will use a half cup LESS sugar. YUMMY! 4 stars
